This is an audio file. Not a stringtable

Check the localization folder. There you will find a stringtable in uexp format
Send that

The "export & import speaker name" section was removed from the tool because the Speaker name texts were not displayed in the game
If you extracted the text with the Speaker name from previous versions of the tool, please extract the texts again using the new version of the tool.
