I extracted sound files from 13 SENTINELS:AEGIS RIM, some of the acb files can be converted to hca files, but after I used awb_afs2.bms to convert voice.awb, all the converted bin files has the header: RIFF WAVfmt, and can't be directly played in foobar2000. Could anyone tell me how to convert these bin files to wave?

Foobar/vgmstream will play them if you rename the files to *.at9 instead of .wav

Thank you! It works. It seems RIFF header does not only belong to wav format.
