Hi, some guy asked me about Final Fantasy VII Remake fonts, so I wrote a program to translate this game. Pls watch the video tutorial to learn how to use it.

The extension doesn't mean anything, each developer has a different way of packaging the files. I'll see what I can do when I have time.
