The cracked one named data.pak was decrypted by RELOADED, where the uncracked one named data.dat was encrypted with starforce.

The PS2 version is a different way.

So, it is a Vicious Engine game.

Even having the original cd, it is impossible to run in modern operating systems, even having a cd player, without crack you can not play it, because the drivers that requires this protection are not compatible with windows 10.

I tried a quickbms script for the spy vs spy game with the pak file of the ps2 version and managed to extract the files. It doesn't work with the pc version.
