'Ello.
So for a while now I attempted and tried to add new music to Rainbow Studios' Cars, by hex editing the normal .wav audio files to fit with the "MS ADPCM" ones, but I haven't gotten such luck.
I know vgmstream can decode these files, but I want to know if it would be possible for another tool to encode them to the ones Rainbow Studios used.
I even put up an attachment for some of the audio files if you want to take a look for yourself.
