Need help extracting DAT files from Kishin Hishou

There are 3 files in Kishin Hishhou called dmmpack, which contain important datas from the game that i want to extract, their type are .DAT. They are the only files that i am unable to decrypt so far, much appreciated if you guys can help.

Normal extraction tools like Gar Bro, Dragon Pack didn't work with these files.
