I found a topic about this format in the context of NFS Most Wanted (2012). I tried that stuff, but nothing could work. From both options of encoding with ealayer3.exe, --single-block and --header-b, one just skips to another song, another just don't to anything, not even crash.

This format is also used for all FIFA games on PS Vita, so I ask, how to make custom soundtrack files?
