Is there any way to extract speech from the F1 2010 .NFS file?

Hello, I've been trying to extract the lines from Codemasters F1 2010 for a few days, which is located in the F1 2010\audio\speech\EN.NFS folder

However, in none of my attempts, I can decompress the file, even using codemasters_nefs.bms and f12010_nefs.bms.

Does anyone know any solution for this?
