Question: Compressing to NSP again

I want to translate a game. I extracted the nsp file using Yuzu then a folder containing psb.m files appeared. I know how to edit them and how to use Freemote. Is there a way to put them back again in an nsp so I could use Yuzu emulator? Or is there a way to execute these .psb.m files into an .exe?

Any help would be appreciated

Emulators and CFWs support loading mods outside of NSP.
Just use Google how to install mods.
