Good afternoon,

I have recently been studying the game Monster Hunter Stories 2. The engine used is MTFramework. The main archives for this game are encryped using BlowFish algorithm. The key is

I am trying to view videos from this game too. However, I believe they are also encrypted. I think this because of the "WMVC" header, similar to how encrypted arc files had a "ARCC" header.

Is it possible to decrypt these videos too? I have uploaded a sample below. If I can provide further information, please let me know and I will try and provide.
