I would like to edit the file to unlock everything on the game. Can you create a script for me to decrypt and after editing encrypt the file?

Thank you, the file decompressed, but inside the file there are 2 other files that are readable but not completely. I can't find any values that I can edit and there are strange characters between the words. I wanted to edit the save to unlock everything and compress everything again at the end.
