exm2lib MSVCP110.dll error

Every time I move a .bin file over the .exe I would get an error message stating that my MSVCP110.dll was not found even though I already have it in my windows directory (X64 and x32) along side with Visual Studio 2012. What should I do? I'm very lost at this point?
