Undecember reading TableData .dat files

Hello undecember (hack & slash) is released the 12 october in the world (in past it was just in korea since 1 year).
The game use unreal engine 4 i have unpacked some .pak and it contain .dat file with useful data to create a lot of tool for theorycrafting building.

It would be awesome if someone find a way to read them.

No sadly, i dont have the knowledge for uncrypt files like that.
I think it need reversing the game to know how they read it, but that not in my knowledge, that why i posted help here.

I want to make a wiki for the game, and also software like POB (for path of exile) for theorycrafting.
But without these files its almost impossible.
