the latest game from avalanche studios uses the same .arc and .tab file format than their previous games (like RAGE2, Generation Zero, Mad Max, Just Cause, etc.).

so i've tried a few tools on the files but no luck. maybe I just haven't tried the correct one? if any of you have any luck then that would be great

here are a few examples of the files. the key files i'd like to get out is audio (ogg maybe?), but if we can get out other stuff like textures (dds, png, jpg, etc.), movies (bink or mp4) and maybe skeletal rigs then i'm sure the modding community can use those as well.

Different compresion. There is flag 3 for compression. 1 = zlib, 4 = oodle.

3 is zstd also hashes 64 bits.

In any case, the structure of TAB files is very different from previous games on this engine. If someone can upload the Beta client, then I can check it out.
