I don?t know if this is the right thread here, but i can?t find the best thread to discuss this.

I'm looking for a specific tool to read this kind of files.

.exe 16-bits tool like resource hacker but reading at 16-bits all textures and text.
.txe and .vbx both files reading the text only, but saving with the same protection to read the program.

Bosman reads countries in this game to block and unblock.
Country reads country names text.
Plop reads countries for special players "i think".
Referee reads all the name of all referres as been added on this file.
Gauge i don?t know what is inside.

No help? At least i want the Country and the Referee able to change the data inside.

Update: I found a tool for .exe and .vbx works with eXeScope. Now i need is to find a tool to read the .txe file.
