I assume this is (theoretically) a rather simple texture format but I've never worked with any formats that used a palette file.

Does anybody know any methods to convert this to something workable, then back to this format?

If I run it through Texture Finder, a few of the options can get some of these textures close to looking like a picture but none of them are right.

Its a simple format - TIM2. Some of them use swizzling

If you a not strong in graphics then use god of war browser by Mogaika
