Can someone help me get a file called exec.dat from this file?

As the title suggest. The exec.dat is in a file called MALIE.EXE, i cant get the exec file via Garbro or Dragon Unpacker. Much appreciated for your help.
This file is from Visual Novel Dies Irae Acta Est Fabula.

I don't think the file has any virus, it's just the usual Google's scanning protocal. The file is the exe one to start the Dies Irae's game. Also the file is apparently encrypted, can you debug it? I have uploaded the full game in my post.
