Trying to open the .pak files of efootball 23 mobile version

I want mod efootball 23 mobile version for personal use only. But the developers moved the files into a encrypted pak file . The .pak file is located in a .obb file . Somehow I managed to extract the obb file . But these files(attached) inside there. I couldn't extract the file with unreal tournament bms file latest version. Moreover, UE Viewer tool can extract the files . But It can't do the repackaging process. I aslo tried UEpak tool . But it also showing me some errors.

Note: I have the encryption key when I entered it UE Viewer tool can extract the files . It means the AES key is correct.
