.sia file but it's not a 3D model

Hello,

I've been trying to extract the files from a mobile game and have found that most game assets are in .sia format, but the game is in 2D and the Silo 3D model program opens an empty file. I haven't been able to open it in any program, no matter what I modify or try, and all Google has given me is that it's a 3D file for Silo. Maybe it's a proprietary sprite format but if you have heard of it or have any ideas of what I could do, I'd love to hear them!

See attachment if you want to give it a try. I am fairly confident the .png file is the same thing as the .sia file, it's one of the rare files where there are 2 of them in the files with the same name and both formats.
