I'm looking to edit some text in the Switch version of Digimon World: Next Order, but I can't make heads or tails of its text asset files. Files are marked as TextAssets in a Unity asset reader, but their text appears to be more code. All of them have the header "CSVBv4.3" followed by a bunch of hex values. The only information I could find on this was this GBATemp thread from 2008, which just has more people puzzling over it.

I'm curious if anyone knows what this is or what to do with it. The name sounds like it might be some kind of CSV file, but its data is not comma-separated.

An example file is attached. Original format was .bytes, changed to .txt to make the attachment handler happy.
