Bongfish odd "FileAccess.package" (Motocross Madness XBLA / Calibre 10 Racing)

Hello,

So in two games developed by this Austrian studio called Bongfish, seems that most of data is pushed into file called "FileAccess.package".

I checked content of Motocross Madness (the X360 one) and this file can be found (seems I'm too stupid to resize the image)

Doesn't seem to have anything sensible inside, maybe it's encrypted?

I attach the link to the file although I don't have any hope for anyone to find out how to extract the data from it. In this "Calibre 10" this file seems to be smaller but I don't have it locally so I go for the bigger variant
