If it is the Dust An Elysian Tail game
There are several language folders, just choose one and translate the file DustAET.resources.dll

Which language will the translation be made into?
Also, the game automatically detects the language of your windows so it selects it in the game.
english= runs the texts on the exe.
Spanish=in the folder es
If it is English then you have to edit the exe.
If it is another language has to create the locations for the language example German.

Answering your question I do not know if the Spy and possible to do this.
If you understand programming and probably yes.
