So there is a game called Katana ZERO and I need to open "data.win" file but dunno how to open it. Any helps?

Click right button of the mouse and then open file.

Thnx for the tool but I have another question. The name of the game is "Katana ZERO" and when i open it with the tool, it says this game uses YoYo Compiler or YYC or whatever it is. I can see almost everything except string files. Any suggestions?
