I've extracted files from an old Shockwave/3D Groove game called Adventures of Bleeposaurus using a QuickBMS script on the .GRV file for the game, some textures are in .png and are viewable, while a few are in .bmp that can't be viewed by anything and cannot be converted as is either, had someone on discord take a look at it and they said

"these textures are compressed. the header is: "magic=4bytes, widht=2bytes,height=2bytes,type?=4bytes;dataSize=4bytes; compressData=other bytes;"

not sure if this is of any help, but just for all the more info, and I've attached the file here (they're both the character texture file, just from both versions of the game)
