TEXT folder contains *.DLL files
BADLOC.DLL is Badloc Regular TrueType font file
FUTB.DLL FUTD.DLL and FUTR.DLL is Futura Condensed Bald, Demi and Regular TrueType font files

ENU.DLL ITA.DLL ESP.DLL DEU.DLL FRA.DLL is a Dynamic-link library (DLL) files contains localization text for win system language
i.e. ITA is for Italian windows

You can copy and rename ENU.DLL to RUS.DLL for exampe to get localization file for Russian windows

You can edit text with any windows resource editor i.e. Resource Hacker
