Hi everyone.I want to translate this file.It can open with notepad.But very hard for edit.
can someone help me this problem.maybe there is a tool program for extract and repack

There is no error here.
The script works perfectly with the ALL.XCD you provided, it can be even used in reimport mode.

also I downloaded your script heavenly sword .wad file for ps3.

The reimport mode is explained in section 3 of quickbms.txt.
The script extracts the files, doesn't convert them in text so I can't help. Maybe try with a hex editor.
