Now. All unpack. Image Viewer shows a black background. And the editors say that is not enough memory to load the image. Why is that?

That's caused by the negative X and Y used in the bitmap to avoid to flip the data.
Use another bitmap editor and it will work perfectly.

Yeah many editors have problems but Irfanview seems to open them correctly.
