With offzip can't seem to get the correct name, file name looks very bad, what method can get the file name?

If I suggested offzip it means that it's the only way to do the job, maybe because there is a missing index file or it uses headers encryption or the format was quite complex or other reasons (maybe I had no time/desire? I doubt).
So no other solutions from my side.
