Not the same thing.

I've figured the News Channel stuff out.

Please note that used LZ77 for compression.

It looks like this is compressed to me though.

Hi, did you manage to decode the image? Wii message board images also use this format, getting the ajpg is actually easy, but decoding it is a different story and seems no one has looked into it.
