Okay, we have "3D models" section, "audio file formats" section, "graphic file formats" section, "game archive" section and so on.
However, don't you think these video file formats also need to be researched?

Therefore(excuse my rudeness), I request a new section dedicated to video formats. Please.

It's the first time I hear about this possible section in all these years.
Usually videos are just encoded with common codecs and can be played with mplayer.
I would like to avoid to create a new section that will contain just one post, I would like to hear the opinion of the other users first.

How about just changing "Audio file formats" to "Audio & Video file formats"?
That should cover just about everything i think.
