Earlier in the year, I used a quickbms script made specifically for Jikkyou Powerful Major League 2009(a.k.a MLB Power Pros 2009). After using the script, I received a bunch of .pack files. When you look at the files in a hex editor, it is shown that all of the files have the word "WIIPACK" at the beginning. So far, anything else about these files are a mystery to me. I was hoping that the community would be interested in looking into these .pack files to figure anything else about them. For a long time, I've been wanting to have this Japanese baseball series modded/translated. I'm hoping that presenting all these .pack files to the community will guarantee whether there is something in these .pack files or if there is nothing at all that can be used for anything. I'm also hoping that maybe these files could be useful for creating a new bms script for files like this. All of the files in this link are .pack files that came from the game's project.bin file.
