The files have a "GFrogsCmbLnkV100" magic but I don't see interesting stuff to extract there and no tables too.

The tables are in the end. It's an archive of texts in chinese encoding with some other properties.

Example: ???? = Muddy snapped old machine

Are you sure after you change the files they will work in the game? Do you have proper tools to put it back? I'm asking that to not to waste time and it will not work in the end.
