Files exist inside the executable, dunno if they can be extracted. I think the actual game data starts at address 0x5A000

I'd like to see how compatible these files are with the final game, and whether I can run changed files external to the demo. Thanks as always!

I have a good and bad news.
The good one is that these files are just resources/sections of the xbe file and I wrote a script on the fly:

The bad news is that I don't understand the format of DEMODAT (data) and DEMOCTL (header), they have no sense.

Not out of the demo. The folks at Gametoast.com are your best shot at getting the model. They can help, but you'll have to do the work.
