Hello!
Here's a car example (BMW M4) from Gear Club (http://www.edengames.com/gearclub)

I don't know if the game uses Unity Engine, because I've tried to import the data using the Unity script for 3D Studio Max and the import failed (blank scene).
Also tried to unpack these files using the QuickBMS script in case these needed a further unpack, but nothing, so I think everything is unpacked already.
