Upon what I can see, in Sluggers' data, there's GPL (3120, Model?), TPL (3120), localization binaries (UTF-16, no not Nintendo proprietary MSBT/BMG) and U8 archives (21, containing NintendoWare (Revolution) layouts, preferably home menu stuff), there's also some JP text. Offzip doesn't really help as it outputs 64kb DATs with unknown data. https://anonfiles.com/D3Ia18r3p0/dt_na_dat for a rebump. Everything is capitalized in localization despite the game outputs some text in lowercase. There's also this (44 42 20 20 01 32 42 D9 00 00 00 20 00 00 00) header, database?
