No filenames, no compression.
The script is just for the PAK archives.

The BIN files are weird, they are not standard archives, they just contain any data so LEVEL_TEXTURE_HEADERS.ALL.BIN is totally different than MODELS_LEVEL.BIN or RADIOSITY_RUNTIME.BIN.

I don't have the game but if it's not a PAK I can't help.

Except for the BIN files, the others seem just single files, not archives.
For example the HKX* files contain the WaaW signature (57e0e057) that I have seen often while extracting the archives of other games, and the same is valid for other files where I recognize something.
