Got these with slightly modified Hyperdevotion Noire PC .pck (endianness) - it's far from slick (as Aluigi's for ex.) though.
UPD: .tex are legit .png with an extra header. Font sheets use all 4 channels of the image - nailing what is where with .code2 file is hard.

Yes there is a solution BUT will be available with quickbms 0.7.5:
http://aluigi.org/bms/ps_lz77.bms

0.7.5 will be released just in the next days, maybe today, maybe tomorrow.

For now you can try using "ps3_lz77_be.bms" from "ps3_lz77.zip" from this post.

I forgot that it scraps everything before the "LZ77" magic (if any), so you'll have to re-add it manually.

I've messed around with this game a few years back, the sdat is easily decyptable and encypted back with the current tools and made some edits on the png used on the menu's.

Never knew how to make bms scripts but manage to edit those pngs by extracting and injecting via hexeditor
