I can't much say because don't know more, but what this file type ?
I'm trying to decrypt using unluac and luadec, but didn't work.

You can use unluac, but first, you have to decompressed that file with zlib.

Nah... this again... I'm trying to decrypt using unluac, but didn't work.
*LUA file inside WinRAR Archive.

Edit: Nothing output.
