Yeeaah !!! i'm also trying to extract the assassin's creed .pck files.
i tried using different tools ! but none of them worked !!
i hope someone writes a script for these .pck files !

after a long search , i finally found a tool that may help
it's called : RavioliGameTools_v2.10
it opens the .pck file and also preview the sound files !
