So I came across a game developed by FromSoftware that uses these files.

all_music_st.dat has its own header so run the script on it and not on the xps one.
The tool automatically adds the WAV header to the files extracted from all_music_st.dat and you can play them with the Xbox codec, for example with my tool http://aluigi.altervista.org/papers.htm#xbadpdec
