bump, i want to open a coj gunslinger .rpack

the linked rpack software only opens a console for a short moment, just to close again. any special ways to use this? any instructions?
running on windows10 64bit

also tried this bms file: viewtopic.php?t=2504 (modified idstring "RP6L" to "RP5L" to make it work)
but it unpacks only 5mb worth of files from a 800mb .rpack
