I thought about an Offtopic section but... do we really need it?
I was and I'm still undecided because I think that it's good to stay focused only on the "works", but if other people thinks that an OffTopic section is good and useful, ok I will add it immediately.

What I want to avoid is having an empty section like it's the Market one at the moment.

I really don't like the idea of off-topic stuff. Not every forum needs them.

And in regards to the Market forum, I've seriously been considering posting there, but it's about taking source code and compiling it (C ), and I'm not sure if anyone knows C

The Market was intended for all those people who want to pay programmers to do some works that nobody was interested in doing (converters, ad-hoc tools, decrypters and so on).
I have seen that in this field (game research/modding) it's full of people who "desire" to spend money in this way and so I expected similar requests here too.
After all on forums, via PM and email I have seen and received these requests tons of time.
Personally I'm not interested and I don't appreciate it but I wanted to give a space to such requests instead of avoiding them.
Probably I must be happy that the Market section is still empty
