It's a raw container without information.
Check if you have a smaller file with similar name that act as index file (with info about the files located in the dat one).

I found music and voice archives.
Other files, i don't know where they are.
I just want to find script and image files so I upload data.bin file.

In that DATA.BIN the only visible bytes are the first 16 that are a PSAR header, all the rest of the file is probably encrypted.
