I need a script that can extract the .RWS file or convert them to playable .at3 files.

This is a plain ATRAC3 file. Most PSP games uses ATRAC3 .

Rename the extension to .at3 and play it back using Media Player Classic or any other player that supports ATRAC3 or uses the FFMPEG library.
