Just un update, the ukx files are NOT encrypted.
So it's only a problem of not being supported by Gildor's UE Viewer.

Oh no no, what I mean is that you have to check on the Gildor's forum if the latest version of UE Viewer doesn't work with these upk files, apparently a topic already exists with various information:
