Could please someone help with decrypting files from UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH Exe:Late?

Good solid compression (like in 7-zip) shows that encryption is pretty cyclic, more like XOR-variant, not RSA or AES.
Most files are encrypted, but WAV, OGG and WMV files aren't.
