The first 2 archives are encrypted and so they are not supported.
While for the third file (the bigger one) use this script:
http://aluigi.org/bms/genso_suikoden.bms

My suggestion is to wait quickbms 0.7.5 (probably tomorrow) that will give better extensions than just "dat".
