I think there is an index file in the folder because this bin contains just a string "TEKKEN 5 DARK RESURRECTION DOWNLOAD VERSION" and then at 0x800 immediately starts a PAM video, and there are no information about the archived files at the end.

That's the three .bin files after extracting the .pkg
DATA0 seems to be blank after opening it in a hex editor.

So you have only those 3 files?
Try uploading EBOOT and T55DATA0 just in case there is something useful (I doubt).

Can you search with the hex editor where are located the other occurrencies of the string "PAMF0041" in T55DATA1.bin and tell me the offsets?
It's enough to have maybe 3 of them.

The only thing I can try is searching the offsets / 0x800 in EBOOT.bin with the hope of finding a table with information about the archived files, really low expectation...

Oh! I found a couple more offsets after decrypting the game via RCPS3.

PARAM.sfo and PS3LOGO.dat

Would the BOOT.bin be of any help? I opened it in a hex editor and found some references to the game's characters like this:
