Hello!
I'm here to ask once again about Patapon 3 files because months of working on it went without any results.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/105901018/file.bin

This file is encrypted by Patapon 3 security measures or some other thing I dont really know what is this.
BUT I KNOW ONE THING,
You can see in Hex Editor that there are plenty of repeating 16-byte blocks, and what I figured out is
ED A2 E7 31 90 F2 51 D6 30 45 EC E5 5D 7B 73 33 = 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

so, yeah, please someone help me...

I kinda dont know how to use it, a little help?
Also, the HED file you included was also with DATAMS.BND, so these two files matches, HED file is BND structure and DATAMS.BND are... resources, but some way encrypted...

The script doesnt seem to work with the archive...
