Apologies for late response, they're another form of compressed Unity archives. Workaround:
-use Unity Assets Bundle Extractor. (Search on Google)
-save the decompressed file. (itll open it up automatically)
-export the CAB or whatever else is there as a *.assets file
-grab Unity Studio off of Github
-Open the *.assets file in Unity Studio
-Export what you need :)

For future references, when linking off of mega, make sure you add the decryption key to the link.
